• • Surfaces:
  • - uncoated sheet metal with nothing, after prior cleaning and rubbing with sandpaper,
  • - galvanized steel, after prior cleaning and rubbing with abrasive paper,
  • - aluminum, after prior cleaning and rubbing with sandpaper,
  • - 2K ( polyurethane) acrylic primer, after prior cleaning and rubbing with sandpaper,
  • - plastic surfaces, covered with 1K plastic primer.
  • - Old painted surfaces, after prior cleaning and rubbing with sandpaper.
  • Preparation:
  • Clean the surface with silicone remover, then rub it with sandpaper of the appropriate thickness.

 Application

The best temperature for aerosol application is 15÷25°C.

•  before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and try the spray on the cardboard.
•  keep the aerosol at a distance of 25÷30 centimeters from the painted surface during application.
•  apply 1-2 coats of primer, 20 to 30µm,
•  wait 5-10 minutes between each layer,
•  shake the aerosol again before applying each subsequent layer,
•  the next coat can be applied using the wet-on-wet technique - after 20 minutes of air drying,

After use, be sure to clean the aerosol outlet! - Holding the aerosol with the valve down, press the button releasing the contents for about 5 seconds.

Recommendations:

•  do not cover the primer with polyester products
•  use respiratory protection mask!

Coverage: 1-2 coats

Wet film thickness: 20 ÷ 30 μm

Drying times (at 20°C)

•  dust dry: after approx. 15 min
•  touch dry: after approx. 60 min
